The Academic Year commences in September for Key Stage 3, GCSE, A Level & the Pre University Foundation. Brooke House also accepts students in January for 5 Term GCSE, 5 Term A Level & January Start 3 Term Pre University Foundation Course. Key Stage 3 , Pre Sessional English Courses and short Academic Taster Courses are available to start at any point in the academic calendar.
The College is accepting applications for January 2024, April 2024 & September 2024. Please get in touch with our Director of Admissions to discuss an application or alternatively complete and submit an application via email to [email protected].
The College is happy to welcome visitors in-person or virtually via skype or Zoom.
In-person Visits
An in-person visit has many benefits to understanding Brooke House College. In-person visits are led by the Managing Director, Director of Admission or Deputy Director of Admissions.
Tours of the college are conducted by the Head of Boarding.
Prospective students have the additional opportunity to join a lessons, a football training session and sample the college catering.
Virtual Visits
These fully integrated virtual visits include academic counselling, outline of our boarding & pastoral care, facilities viewing and FA introduction for applicants interested in joining the football Academy.

The College is additionally running periodic ‘Open Day’ events in-person and online, dates as advertised on our website.
The Admissions window for Brooke House remains open throughout the year and continues to accept late applications during the Summer months of July & August.
Due to high demand for the Football Academy however please apply as early as possible to secure a place if you wish to enroll on a Study-Football pathway. The Admissions Dept will advise on availability of places in the FA post April.
A fully completed & signed application form, a passport scan, the most recent school reports issued by the current school, any examination results/qualifications gained (or predicted results).
For SEN applicants please ensure you submit an Ed Psych Report.
For English 2nd Lang applicants please submit an English Language qualification if you have one.
For FA applicants please submit a Player CV & coach reference
The Admissions Dept considers every application on an individual basis and reviews the previous school reports/ references / qualifications submitted. The Director of Admissions will provide course counselling. Applicants who speak English as a second language may be required to complete an entry English & Maths test and fulfill a skype/zoom interview.
If your child does not have sufficient English language skills to commence an academic course with confidence we are able to offer Pre Sessional English Courses prior to GCSE/A Level/ UFP to help him/her prepare for future academic study.
A limited number of partial scholarships & bursaries are available at Brooke House. Academic scholarships are based on examination results and individual circumstances. Football scholarships are awarded on talented player status such as evidence of national representation.
On receipt of an application the Admissions Dept will be in contact with you to discuss your child’s application and arrange testing/interview if necessary. An official Offer of Study & deposit invoice will be forwarded to you for your consideration.
To accept an offer for your child the College requires an email confirmation of your acceptance and payment of the deposit and admission administration fee.
The published College fees are inclusive of tuition, meals & accommodation during term time and also mid- term breaks in October, February & May. Football Academy enrolments will additionally be inclusive of FA coaching, the Pre Season event (September starts only), the football kit bundle & FA transport. A list of additional expenses you need to consider in your budgeting is available on request from the Admissions Dept.
The Admissions Dept will liaise with you on all aspects of your child’s enrolment and support with any questions you may have in preparing to send your son/daughter to Brooke House. For all non-British passport holders a ‘Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies’ (CAS) document will be provided 3 months prior to course start to allow you to apply for a child or student visa required for UK study. A host of materials will be provided along with the CAS such as a Pre Arrival Pack, FA Induction Pack & Student Registration Forms Pack.
