Football Academy Coaching Update

Brooke House College is delighted to confirm that Micky Adams will be joining the coaching team of the college's Football Academy for the forthcoming season.

Micky enjoyed a long professional playing career in top-flight football including spells at Leeds United, Southampton, Coventry City and Fulham. As a manager Micky has enjoyed periods at the helm at Nottingham Forest, Coventry City, Port Vale, Brighton and Hove Albion and Sheffield United. Micky is possibly best known for also managing Leicester City (current Champions) in the EPL. As a consequence of his time at Leicester, Micky is a Market Harborough resident, and the college is looking forward to receiving the benefits of his locally-based expertise.

Micky will be focusing his time on player development and coaching, developing the college's links with clubs within professional circles and sharing his experiences with students intent on a career in professional football.

It is a testimony to how far the college's football programme has advanced in the last 8 years that the college has been able to attract the interest and services of a figure of Micky's prominence within the game.
